• This document contains the terms and conditions that govern the online store made by VENDETTA for all its customers. By entering this website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions described here and accept that your access and use is subject to them, as well as to applicable Peruvian law, accepting, therefore, the terms established by these articles and the consequences derived herein.
• The return of parts or pieces of any bicycle or accessory is not permitted.
• Orders are processed the following business day from the date of purchase.
• Once a shipment has been made, a tracking number will be generated and sent to the customer. The customer may then check the status of an order via the system-generated tracking number.
• The delivery of bicycles within Peru but outside of the City of Lima will be made with Shalom Transport Company.
• Users can make purchases via debit card or credit card on the online store.
• We process all transactions in US dollars (USD). Your card issuer will convert currency at the prevailing exchange rate. Credit/debit card issuers may charge a fee or percentage for transactions not in your native currency. Any such fees are not the responsibility of Vendetta or its affiliates.
• After a purchased item has shipped from our facilities, changes to orders are not permitted.
• Orders that do not have payment confirmation after the closing date of the collection stage will be automatically canceled by the system.
• Photographs of products are for reference only, and any setting used in the photographs is not included with purchase.
• You acknowledge that during purchase, system outages may cause Vendetta’s online store to be temporarily unavailable due to factors outside of its control. In such cases, Vendetta will do its best to restore its online store as quickly as possible, but assumes no responsibility for such outages or related effects.
• All names, trade marks, trademarks, slogans, page headers, graphics, text, logos, buttons, icons, images, audio, code and software used or incorporated into this website or its integration are the property of Vendetta and are protected by the applicable laws in corresponding countries. Any unauthorized use of this intellectual property, including but not limited to the reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, display, printing, application, advertising, appropriation, or possession of the same is prohibited.
• Vendetta reserves the right to unilaterally modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Orders will be processed in 4-6 weeks. Once processing is completed, delivery can be expected to occur in 4 weeks or less.

Email Confirmation. A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number of your order will be sent to the email address attached to your order once the order has shipped. You can check the status of your order a few days after, once it is registered, in your national postal office website.

Shipping Costs. Vendetta ships worldwide. Shipping costs and duration vary by country.

Shipping Carriers. Vendetta ships using SERPOST, which is the national postal office, based on the size/weight of your order and your delivery address. We will ship your order in a single box whenever possible, but occasionally we will need to send multiple shipments, for example in the case of larger or bulkier items.

Loss, Theft, or Damage. Please note we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items due to the actions or inactions of Serpost or any other parcel service.

Shipments. We cannot change, intercept, or cancel orders that have already shipped.

We ship internationally to all countries. The amount shown at checkout is for shipping charges only and does not include any import duty or taxes charged by your country, brokerage charges applied by the shipping carrier, or currency conversion fees. Any additional charges are due at delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient. Consult your local customs office to determine what fees, if any, your country may charge. If you refuse delivery because of non-payment of these fees, your items will be abandoned by the shipping carrier and you will not receive a refund.
